I have been working out with Rob Leoni for nearly two years. I met him after I had completed physical therapy for a repaired ACL and realized that cardio workouts alone were not sufficient to protect my knees, back, hip, etc. as I got older. Over the past two years, Rob has been a terrific coach, trainer, and motivator. He has paid particular attention to my goals and designing workouts to help me achieve them. Appreciative of the fact that fitness is a result of healthy eating, sleeping, work/life balance and physical activity, he comes to each workout alert to my state of mind and well-being and adjusts workouts accordingly.

 

Rob has the ability to push without being pushy.
